This featured amulet is one of the “TOP FIVE” Images of Holy Monks in the entire Thai Amulet Industry, also known as “BENJAPAKEE ROOP MERN YOD NIYOM”.

The 5 different pieces from the BENJAPAKEE ROOP MERN YOD NIYOM category consist of:

1. Roop Mern Lor Boran Luang Por Ngern, Wat Bang Klan, Phichit
2. Roop Mern Pump Luang Por Derm, Wat Nong Poh, Nakhon Sawan
3. Roop Mern Lor Boran Por Tarn Klai, Wat Suan Khan, Nakhon Si Thammarat
4. Roop Mern Lor Luang Pu Thuad Beytong “Lek Tai Tarn”, Wat Chang Hai, Pattani
5. Roop Mern Lor Boran Luang Por Yod, Wat Nong Plah Mor, Saraburi

This stunning piece featured is blessed by the Holy Monk of the South, Por Tarn Klai of Wat Suan Khan. He was also known as The Monk with the Golden Mouth and it was for good reasons. It was widely known that Por Tarn Klai is a highly cultivated holy monk and is also a clairvoyant. Por Tarn Klai has the amazing ability and is very well known for perceiving things in the future very accurately. There were many accounts that numerous things that Por Tarn Klai predicted actually came true hence the name: The Holy Monk with the Golden Mouth.

Por Tarn Klai was also one of the most respected holy monks of South Thailand and the late King Rama IX, King Bhumibol Adulyadej, has immense respect to Por Tarn Klai and has visited him on many documented occasions!

The condition of this amazingly rare piece is absolutely stunning! Extremely beautifully casted for an piece that is casted utilizing very primitive methods known as “Lor Boran” in Thai. The word “Lor Boran” literally translates to Primitive Casting and it was the original method used to cast many types of amulets throughout the history of Thailand!

This particular batch of amulets are differentiated into two general variants:

1. Pim Tor (Top Tiered Variant ; Pim Niyom)
2. Pim Chalood (Normal Variant ; Pim Tamada)

It was known that less than 1,000 pieces of both variants were made in total and “Pim Tor” has the least amount of pieces made when compared to the “Pim Chalood” normal variant, hence making “Pim Tor” very much rarer and more sought after among collectors.

I have to emphasize on how wonderful the condition of this piece is. We are very, very certain that such a stunning piece will not be encountered anytime soon. Extremely collectible for any true blue collectors!

Bear in mind, this is in the same tiered as other MULTI-MILLION Baht pieces categorized under the “ROOP MERN LOR BENJAPAKEE” category yet priced very reasonably at this juncture!

INCLUSIVE OF A CUSTOM MADE SOLID GOLD OPEN/CLOSE CASING WEIGHING ALMOST 35 GRAMS!
