This featured item is made in homage to the two important pieces above, thus paving way for its high potential of future collector’s value!

Made in commemoration of Luang Por Kasem’s Hok Rob Anniversary. The word Hok Rob literally means the 6th Cycle which translates to 72nd Birthday of Luang Por Kasem. Shaped like a Rakang (Bell Shaped), it is known as Rian Chit Rakang Hok Rob.

Luang Por Kasem is known as one of the most respected holy monks of the Northern Provinces of Thailand. Luang Por Kasem always abides to strict cultivation to attain enlightenment. He famously quoted that a monk needs nothing but his saffron robes and his alms bowl.

Born as a descendant of Lampang’s royal family, he has blood of royalty running in his veins yet he gave up all material comforts for the sake of his cultivation and assistance to others.

When asked why did Luang Por Kasem made this batch of medallions at such a unusual shape.. Luang Por Kasem replied that he wishes that with the blessing of the medallion he has consecrated, the bearer would be as “DANG” *(literally translated as loud in Thai but also has the meaning of popular/successful) as the Bell (Rakang) of the temple!

A highly important batch made in Year 2526 B.E., and it is in our humble opinion, very undervalued with a great potential of an appreciative collector’s value!
