This featured medallion is perhaps the MOST WELL KNOWN AND PROMINENT medallion to be consecrated by Luang Pu Waen!

We feel extremely honored to have the opportunity to showcase this extremely rare and stunning SILVER medallion to everyone! It is highly plausible that, at this very juncture, this is the ONLY “Rian Rhao Su” made in SILVER available to be acquired in Singapore!

Known as Rian “Rhao Su”. The word “Rhao Su” is literally translated to “We Withstand/Fight” in Thai.

This particular medallion is extremely popular and has many positive experiences and miracles documented from the distribution of the medallion more than 40 years ago to the present moment!

Due to the immense unrest on the borders of Thailand and Cambodia in approximately Year 1977 A.D., a large number of soldiers, police officers, civil servants, merchants and the general public, seek out to Luang Pu Waen for the protection against the bleak and uncertain future. They requested for a sacred and holy object blessed by Luang Pu Waen to be worn on them at all times for protection and good luck, due to Luang Pu Waen’s compassion and loving kindness, he agreed for this particular batch of medallions to be created.

The late Prime Minister and Supreme Commander of the Royal Thai Armed Forces, Kriengsak Chamanan, a devotee of Luang Pu Waen, was also present in the grand consecration ceremony that took place at Wat Doi Mae Pang, Chiang Mai.

It was then distributed to the soldiers and officers of the Royal Thai Infantry, Navy, Air Force, Police Force and civilians alike and many miracles were documented. One of the most well documented and notable miracles was the clashes on town of Aranyaprathet, which is located just 6 kilometers from the border of Cambodia. Soldiers and Journalists stationed there were each given a “Rian Rhao Su” medallion and they survived numerous attacks from Cambodians insurgents.

Luang Pu Waen is know as “The monk who meditates in the sky”..

Ordained as a novice monk since the age of 9, Luang Pu Waen lived most of his life as a highly cultivated holy monk, whom many believed to have attained the state of an Arahant. He passed away in Year 2528 B.E. (1985 A.D.) after approximately 90 years of monkhood.

Living in rural Chiang Mai, though exceptionally well known among locals, fame was never something pursued by Luang Pu Waen.

However, as fate would have it, he was spotted meditating in the sky by a Royal Thai Airforce pilot while flying his aircraft over Doi Mae Pang, Chiang Mai and it propelled Luang Pu Waen to be one of the most recognized holy monks of Thailand!
