Easily one of the most undervalued and affordable medallions to be consecrated by Luang Por Phrom of Wat Chong Kae. An excellent piece for any individuals looking to acquire a Luang Por Phrom amulet that is still priced extremely well.
Known as Rian “Sor Chor” and was said to be distributed to the Royal Thai Infantry Unit engaged in the Vietnam war to protect them against all forms of harm and danger. It was properly documented that this particular batch of medallions were blessed by Luang Por Phrom for two solid months before the distribution.
Made of Alpacca Silver, also known as Nickel Silver, and it was the only known material to be utilized for the creation of the medallion.
The medallion shaped like a Rakang (Temple Bell) is also a highly auspicious design.
The word “DANG” *(literally translated as loud in Thai but also has the meaning of popular/successful) as the Bell (Rakang) of the temple!
The condition of this featured piece is excellent with the original texture beautifully preserved despite being made nearly half a century ago!
