Despite looking as immaculate as it is, this beautiful medallion has it’s history date back to 90 years ago! It is almost one century old!

This superb item is blessed by one of the greatest monks in Thailand’s history! Very well documented as one of the most sought after pieces among the antique amulets made by Luang Pu Boon of Wat Klang Bang Kaew, Nakhon Pathom!

Known as Rian Phra Phutta Chinnaraj 1st Issue. It depicts one of the most iconic Images of Lord Buddha in Thailand’s history.
The name given to such an image is called: Phra Phutta Chinnraj and it is unanimously known to be the most beautiful Image of Lord Buddha in Thailand.

The history of this magnificent image is deeply rooted in Thailand’s culture and history.
The original worshipping statue was casted centuries ago which depicts Lord Buddha in a Sukhothai Style of Casting.

Blessed in a grand ceremony in Year 2472 B.E. presided by Luang Pu Boon, the Holy Grand Father of Nakhon Pathom.

To give you context of how great a monk Luang Pu Boon is:

He was a fellow member of the Sangha in Thailand, frequently exchanging knowledge and wisdom among great monks like:

Luang Pu Naad of  Wat Huay Chorakae
Luang Pu Tah of Wat Paniang Tack
Sangkaraj Pae of Wat Suthat
Luang Pu Tub of Wat Thong
Luang Por Phrom of Wat Kalaya

All of which are amazing contemporaries!

Not only that, he was the teacher of Chao Khun Sri, whom was the aide to the Supreme Patriarch of the era. He was also the teacher of Luang Por Cham of Wat Takong whom was the teacher of Luang Por Tae of Wat Sam Ngam!

All these above mentioned monks are undoubtedly among the top 0.1% of holy monks in the history of Thailand, and Luang Pu Boon is one of them!

Condition of the item is beyond excellent and it is an extremely difficult task to even chance upon a decent piece, much less a piece in such pristine condition.
