This featured piece is known as Rian Har Rob, and it was officially the 1st issue amulet made by Luang Por Kasem at the place he resides in, Susarn Thailart, Lampang. It was made in commemoration of Luang Por Kasem’s 60th Birthday.

The term “Har Rob” translates to “Fifth Cycle”. Each cycle is 12 years, and it is a significant milestone in Thai Buddhism Culture.

Among the entire collection of Luang Por Kasem’s medallions made throughout his lifetime, this particular batch of amulets, known as “Har Rob” is easily one of the most significant and one of the most recognized batches made!

Only one material variant was used and it is made of COPPER with a Black Oxide Plating.

IT IS THE TOP TIERED “NER THONG DAENG” (COPPER with a Black Oxide Plating) MEDALLION TO BE BLESSED BY LUANG POR KASEM! TOP TIERED!

They were differentiated into two different mould variants:

1. Blok Niyom (Popular Mould)
2. Blok Tamada (Conventional Mould)

The Blok Niyom variant, as per the beautiful piece featured here, is what collectors actively seek out for due to its much higher rarity as compared to the conventional mould variant.

The overall black oxide texture is AMAZINGLY PRESERVED! It is as if no time has passed at all! The overall texture is gleaming with the original surface with a iridescent tone found scattered on both the front and back of the medallion!

What you see here is literally ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL Rian “Har Rob” (60th Birthday) we have ever witnessed!

To say that that condition is stunning is an understatement! It must be properly appreciated in person as the photo does the medallion no justice!

The entire texture is extremely well preserved with the original “Black Oxide Plating” immaculately preserved! The surface is beautifully and evenly scattered with a very radiant iridescent hue!
