ONE OF THE HIGHLY PROMINENT AND ICONIC MEDALLION FROM WAT KHAO ORR!
IMMACULATELY PRESERVED TEXTURE!
This particular medallion was mass consecrated in Year 2532 B.E. (1989 A.D.) by many holy monks from the Southern Provinces of Thailand, and most famously participated by Ajahn Khun Pan whom has learnt greatly from Wat Khao Orr (Wat Khao Aor) in the Southern Province of Phattalung.
It was created in commemoration of the establishment of the City Pillar Shrine (Sahn Lak Mueng) in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
It features the image of the Hindu Deity, “Hanuman”.
Hanuman is a Hindu god the companion of the god Rama. Hanuman is one of the central characters of the Hindu epic Ramayana. He is an ardent devotee of Rama and one of the immortals in Hinduism.
The image of Hanuman represents: Power, Strength, Bravery, Devotion and Perseverance.
This entire batch of medallions are highly prominent and sought after medallion by people intending to receive the blessings of the medallion and also by collectors worldwide due how iconic and efficacious this particular batch of medallion is known for.
The condition of this beautiful medallion is excellent! Overall texture is extremely well preserved with a natural occurring oxidation resulting in an iridescent hue!
