This very beautiful cast image of Phra Sangkachai was made in celebration of Luang Por Kasem’s 7th Cycle (84th birthday), hence the name “Jaet Rob”.

This particular batch of medallions are highly significant as it is the last batch of medallions to be blessed by Luang Por Kasem before his admission to the hospital and his subsequent passing in Year 2539 B.E. (1996 A.D.).

This variant you are seeing here is SOLID GOLD VARIANT! Only 999 pieces of such specimens were made.

Phra Sangkachai is known as Kātyāyana or Mahākātyāyana and was one of the TEN principal disciples of Lord Buddha himself.
According to history and ancient texts, Buddha praised Phra Sangkachai for his excellence in explaining sophisticated concepts of the Dharma in an easily and correctly understandable manner. Phra Sangkachai is also known for composing the Madhupindika Sutta.

The condition is very pristine and near flawless! Due to the nature and characteristic of how soft SOLID GOLD is, many pieces were damage during the casting and handling hence to encounter a near flawless piece as such is of utmost difficulty!

Phra Sangkachai has always been associated with good fortune and luck throughout history and it is believed to bring good luck to the bearer of any Phra Sangkachai amulets!
