SUPERSTAR PIECE! ACTUAL PIECE FEATURED IN LUANG PU TOHK’S BOOK!
EXCELLENT AND TIP TOP CONDITION!
TOP TIERED “NER KAESORN” VARIANT!
ONE OF LUANG PU TOHK’S TOP TIERED PHRA PIDTA!
It is without a hint of a doubt that this particular batch of Phra Pidta, known as “Phra Pidta Ngern Larn” is one of Luang Pu Tohk’s TOP TIERED AND MOST SOUGHT AFTER Phra Pidta amulets made!
The word “Ngern Larn” is literally translated to millions of dollars! The term is coined after Luang Pu Tohk and his temple raised more than 1,000,000 baht for a good cause, hence the name, Phra Pidta Ngern Larn! It symbolically signifies abundance and prosperity which is highly favored among devotees of Luang Pu Tohk and collectors of amulets worldwide!
There are two different material variants:
1. Ner Kaesorn with one SILVER Takrut – 4,480 pieces made in the world
2. Ner Bailarn with one SILVER Takrut – 3,091 pieces made in the world
This featured piece is made of Ner Kaesorn and it is the most sought after variant despite having a higher number of pieces made. This is partially due to the higher percentage of Ner Kaesorn pieces that were accidentally damaged during the initial years of the distribution resulting in a lower number of beautiful pieces found today.
In the world of collecting highly prized amulets, one very important yet highly elusive attribute all proper collectors would want to achieve is for their treasured amulets to be the actual pieces featured in certain important and recognized books that are frequently referenced.
For a particular amulet to be featured in an important book is absolutely significant as it serves as an immediate reference for all present and future collectors alike! It is akin to being in a museum archive for an antique as it serves as an important documentation of the said amulet that was made decades ago!
Such an archive will only further propel the already immense collector’s value into further heights! By being the actual piece in one of the earliest printed and recognized reference book, collectors, both present and future, eliminate all possible complications and worries about the authenticity and originality of the amulet!
Condition of this particular piece is truly beautiful with all the important details, especially the fingers, highly distinctive! The usual colour for Ner Kaesorn pieces are yellowish with a brownish undertone, but because of how well this particular piece was kept, a whitish surface blankets the entire front and back of the amulet due to atmospheric conditions coming in contact with the biological components of the amulet without any foreign intervention over made decades.
Another very important detail to note are the “multiple lines” found on the surface of the amulet. They are not cracks, rather.. The “Lines” are actually multiple strands of Luang Pu Tohk’s Hair, which is also known as “Gae-Sah”, embedded on the surface of the amulet.
Beautiful pieces like these are increasingly getting rarer and rarer as each day passes. To come across a piece like this is indeed a highly uncommon occurrence!
Highly worthwhile for both wearing due to its efficacy and a great addition to any collection due to its excellent collector’s value and history!
