This featured piece is another masterpiece that is extremely rare and we cannot be prouder to have the opportunity to showcase everyone this magnificent piece! Extremely rare as only approximately 750 pieces were made in the world and due to the nature of a primitive style of casting, it is exceedingly difficult to find a piece as near perfect as this particular piece!

The size of the amulet is small, thus making it difficult to cast during its moulding process. The difficulty resulted in many pieces damaged. Beautiful pieces as this item featured is extremely difficult to come by!

Known as Phra Chai Wat “Trai Pob” and it was consecrated in a grand ceremony alongside the Rian “Tang Mo”, Rian “Benjabaramee” and Phra Kring “Trai Lak” in Year 2517 B.E. by Luang Por Kasem. It was intended to have 1,599 pieces made but the mould was damaged beyond repair thus only approx. 750 pieces were made making it a truly rare piece to be chanced upon!

Many know of this batch but only a learned few knew that there were two variants:

1. COPPER BASE VARIANT

2. LEAD BASE VARIANT

Copper based variants are known as the RAREST AMONG THE ENTIRE BATCH as only a minority percentage of the approximately 750 pieces made feature the COPPER BASE and compared to the Lead Base.

This featured piece is the TOP TIERED AND RAREST of the entire batch!

One of the preeminent reasons why this particular batch of Phra Chai Wat is so important is because it is unanimously recognized to be the 1st Issue Phra Chai Wat amulet to be casted by Luang Por Kasem himself in Susarn Thai Lart, Lampang! It was also documented that Luang Por Kasem made sure to properly follow the ancient way to casting and consecration for a Phra Chai Wat amulet!

Only a SINGLE type of material variant was produced! It is made of NAWALOHA.

Another important reason why many collectors put a lot of emphasis on this particular batch of Phra Chai Wat is also because of the holy materials inserted within the amulet! It was documented properly and holy material and powders blessed by Tarn Chao Khun Nor of Wat Thep Sirin were inserted within the amulet! Tarn Chao Khun Nor is an extremely well respected and revered holy monk. Many pieces of the Phra Chai Wat “Trai Pob” were distributed to Tarn Chao Khun Nor’s disciples.

The condition of the item is absolutely stunning! Pristine is an understatement! It is near flawless with all important details extremely well casted and the overall texture gleaming with a beautiful texture despite being an amulet made nearly 50 years ago!
