Blessed twice in two different ceremonies and it was known as the “Great Wealth” batch and it is one of Luang Por Kasem’s most sought after lockets made in his lifetime!

The front part of the locket is made of ceramic and extremely fragile hence many pieces were known to be broken due to mishandling over the decades! And it was split into TWO DIFFERENT material variants..

There were two variants made:

1. SOLID GOLD Variant – Only 50 pieces made in the world
2. SILVER Variant – Only 331 pieces made in the world

Every piece is serialized and this piece is Serial Number: 9 out of 50 pieces made in the world!

Serial numbers featured the likes of 1, 8 or 9 are among the TOP TIERED AND MOST SOUGHT AFTER numbers in the entire industry! It is said that there were many holy belongings of Luang Por Kasem encased between the front ceramic portion and and back nickle silver casing. Holy belongings like Luang Por Kasem’s “Gae-Sah” and Chi Won” are known to be encased within.

“Gae-Sah” are are hairs of Luang Por Kasem kept during the frequently shaving of Luang Por Kasem’s head and “Chi Won” are the saffron robes worn by Luang Por Kasem during his life time! These holy belongings are never disposed of as they are considered sacred belongings of holy monks. Devotees place extremely great importance in the possession of such holy belongings.

Luang Por Kasem is known as one of the most respected holy monks of the Northern Provinces of Thailand. Luang Por Kasem always abides to strict cultivation to attain enlightenment. He famously quoted that a monk needs nothing but his saffron robes and his alms bowl.

Born as a descendant of Lampang’s royal family, he has blood of royalty running in his veins yet he gave up all material comforts for the sake of his cultivation and assistance to others.
