Phra Phrom is the Thai reference to Brahma, the creator god in Hinduism. Phra Phrom is widely revered in Thailand due to its efficacy in assisting individuals in need.

This particular batch of Medallions are known as “Rian Jhak Phet” and there were two different material variants:

1. Medallions made of FAH BAHT material
2. Medallions made of ALPACCA material

Blessed by a very young mystical monk known as Ajahn Nen of Wat Don Yanawa. Ajahn Nen performed many miracles in full view of many of the temple devotees and was said to be an enlightened being. Ajahn Nen passed away at the age of only 19 years old but a year before his passing, he created the “Rian Jhak Phet” to be distributed to devotees who has donated to the construction of Wat Nah Lhao Nam in the province of Cha Choeng Sao.

The condition of the particular piece is excellent with all important features very well defined.

The texture is, without a doubt, the star of the show. Extremely well kept and 100% without any forms of unwanted intervention. The entire surface of the medallion glimmers with a very spectacular hue of naturally oxidized patina that can only present after decades of proper care of the medallion!

Holy powder used in the blessing ceremony and the chemical used in the minting of the medallions are clearly present on the surface of the medallion which is an utmost rarity! Most pieces that we have encountered are worn, washed or have unnecessary intervention preventing the medallion from aging naturally!
